- Orders are processed within one to two business days after order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery begins after the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.
- Estimated delivery time is one to three business days. Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances beyond the control of AYRA or the shipping partner.
Shipping Coverage
- Shipping is available to all governorates across Egypt.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location.
- Current shipping rates are available on the Shipping Information page.
- Free shipping is available for all orders with a value of EGP 1,500 or more.
Shipping Details
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
- If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the applicable reshipping fees.
Refused Deliveries
- If an order is refused without an error on the part of AYRA or the delivered product, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges in accordance with the store's policy.
Order Tracking
- Once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner, customers may track its delivery status until it reaches the delivery address.

- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond operational control.
